Who we share it with
To carry out a shipment, we may share necessary details with service providers such as ocean carriers, customs brokers, trucking companies and agents involved in your transport. We share only what is needed to perform the service, and we ask those providers to use it only for that purpose.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. Please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Traffic measurement and attribution
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure traffic in aggregate. It is designed to work without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
When you submit an enquiry, we attach a short attribution note to the notification email so that we can tell which channel directed you to us. That note is kept in your own browser's local storage and contains only the traffic channel (for example organic search, referral or direct), the first page you viewed, the referring site without any URL parameters, the number of pages you viewed, and how many days ago you first arrived. It contains no name, email address or other contact detail, and it expires by itself after 30 days.
You can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to fulfil any legal or business obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
