Our services

FreightMainstay provides freight forwarding services, primarily full-container-load (FCL) ocean freight from China to destinations in the Americas. Our services may include space booking, customs and documentation, inland transport, and door-to-door or DDP delivery.

Quotes and pricing

Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you supply and on the rates, charges and conditions available at the time. Ocean freight rates, surcharges and other costs can change and are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. A quote is not binding until confirmed in writing.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your shipment, including commodity, weight, dimensions, parties and any hazardous or regulated nature of the cargo. You are responsible for ensuring your goods and documentation comply with all applicable export, import and customs laws.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreightMainstay is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our liability for a shipment is governed by the terms of the applicable contract and the carrier's conditions of carriage, and is limited as provided under those terms and applicable law.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, port closures, labour disputes, government action, or other disruptions affecting transport.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to FreightMainstay and may not be reproduced without permission.
